Job Description:

• Manage incoming driver inquiries efficiently and provide assistance with driver inquiries.
• Initiate daily repair orders and collaborate directly with technicians for necessary repairs, preferably with some mechanical understanding.
• Preference for familiarity with Transman software (knowledge of VRMS coding is a plus).
• Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor; effective communication is essential.
• Excel in multitasking and maintain high levels of organization within a fast-paced workshop.
• Proficient computer skills and accurate typing abilities are necessary.
• Complete essential documentation and reports promptly, including DOT inspection reports and addressing DOT violations.
• Adhere to commitments and meet deadlines consistently.
