Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate RNs to join our team at our Dearborn Heights location. The RN's will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing patient records, administering medications, and supervising other nursing staff.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
Supervise other nursing staff, including LPN's and CNA's
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of Michigan
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
