This 100+ people focussed firm are expanding multiple areas of their tax team ahead of the upcoming season.

As they look to grow, they are adding to their HNW group. This will be your main focus with some general client experience across scorps and partnerships. This team focus on large more complicated 1040s, trusts, working with family groups etc.

You’ll have 3+ years within a tax role HNW clients. Looking to join a firm where you can develop, ideally, you’ll have your CPA or be eligible to study

Here they have a mentor programme to make sure you’re on track to reach your goals and there isn’t burnout culture as the only way to reach them either.

You’ll work between 55-60 hours in busy season and work 40 or less in the off seasons including summer Fridays. Plus, there’s always additional holidays added into the calendar throughout the year and a couple of company days so you can really break away from the desk.
