- 20 private rooms and 19 semi-private
- Salem Hospital is a 400+ bed facility that has 220 Med Surg beds plus the ICU, Maternity, etc.
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years is preferred
- Floating Required: Yes
- Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) when needed
- Skill Sets Required: Telemetry experience, interpret Tele Strips, Nursing Assessment skills, knowledge of medication safety and administration
- Clinician to Patient Ratio: RN’s working with a PCA typically have 4/5 patients. RN’s working alone have 3 patients
