- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
- Average Daily Census: 14-18
- Full Staff: Physicians, NPs or Pas, Medical Assistants & Care Coaches
- Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred but Not Required
- The Focus Is on Patient Care not RVU's or High Patient Volume
