We are a venture-backed stealth startup building a new category in product personalization. Our platform empowers merchants of all sizes to offer personalized experiences directly to their customers. Backed by top VCs, our small team has already driven over millions in revenue, and were looking for a Customer/Merchant Success Manager (employee #7) to help us scale.

What youll do

As a Merchant Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our merchant partners. Youll work closely with merchants to understand their business objectives and product needs, helping them implement and optimize our platform to enhance customer experiences and drive growth. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, and sales teams to develop and deliver tailored strategies that ensure platform success.

Your expertise:

  • Proven experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and helping customers maximize value from a platform.
  • Performance optimization experience, including analyzing customer data and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Expertise in retention and upsell strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment, with a focus on building and optimizing scalable merchant success processes.
  • Experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS and/or solutions engineering is a plus.
