Customer Service Representative
Hiring highly motivated customer-focused Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve and multitask. Previous experience in customer service in related field is preferred (manufacturing, fabrication, logistics, distribution) but not required. We are looking for a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Provide exceptional service to clients, vendors, drivers, co-workers, and incoming prospects.
  3. Create, update, distribute Excel reports on data base.
  4. Product information to customers, including, responding to inquiries and concerns regarding product information, assist with placing orders, and order and freight updates.
  5. Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  6. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  9. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service in manufacturing, logistics, fabrication or warehouse setting. (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and write English; Spanish a plus (not required).
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, EXCEL , and data entry.
  • SAP (preferred but not required)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
  • Type 40 WPM
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Shift: 1st - 8 AM to 5 pm
Monday - Friday
Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
