The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMNNP) will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for individuals referred to the program. The NP is required to provide 20 hours per week. The NP will work in coordination with the outpatient multi-disciplinary team to provide psychiatric and substance abuse services to clients with behavioral health issues. Services will be provided through both in office and telehealth services to serve clients at remote locations. The NP will work in collaboration with counselors, direct care staff and others to coordinate client care, assist with insurance pre-authorization, and caseload management.
