We’re searching for an SEO/SEM Growth Strategist who’s more than just a keyword wizard. You’ll need to blend creativity with strategy, roll up your sleeves, and dig into the data to discover what really drives results. You’re a collaborator with creatives and marketing strategists and the type of person who can translate “SEO” to someone who thinks it stands for “Sure, Everyone’s Optimizing.”  

Oh, and if acronyms and analytics are your love language, we’re already off to a good start.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Crafting organic and paid search strategies like you’re writing a bestselling novel, but with fewer plot twists and more traffic spikes.
• Running PPC campaigns that don’t just hit targets—they surpass them, all while making sure the budget doesn’t spiral out of control.
• Partnering up with content creators to sprinkle keywords in a way that feels as natural as breathing (no keyword stuffing allowed, we’re civilized here).
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of metrics, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators that only a data geek could love.
• Presenting reports to stakeholders without putting them to sleep—numbers can be fascinating, after all.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align broader strategies and ensure SEO isn’t sitting awkwardly in the corner at the party.
• Staying current on trends and developments in the SEO/SEM space, because falling behind in search is, well, not an option.

You’ll Be a Fit If You:

• Can navigate the complexities of search engine algorithms like a pro. Seriously, Google updates? You live for those.
• Have 3+ years of experience in the world of SEM and SEO (and enough stories about keyword trends to bore your friends).
• Have experience building and executing paid search campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. 
• Speak fluent Google Ads, and understand SEO tools like AHREFs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics better than most people know themselves.
• Know your way around HTML and CSS. You won’t need to build entire sites, but you can definitely solve issues before they escalate.
• Think A/B testing isn’t just important—it’s fun (well, at least mildly interesting).
• Have a proven track record of juggling PPC budgets to generate results. 
• Believe that reporting isn’t just about pretty charts—it’s about uncovering insights that lead to actionable strategies.
