We are seeking a 1st Shift Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (Spanish/English) to join our team! You will be responsible for providing warehouse floor support to the client that you will be working with. Also, you will be supervising The Job Center associates in terms of production, staffing, answering questions, etc. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with potential OT on Saturday.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Onsite Supervisor :
- Interact with client supervisors to ensure associates are performing at the level they need to be performing.
- Provide Job Center with communication as it relates to production and warehouse staffing matters.
- Provide leadership over associates in terms of attendance, productivity, and basic job duties.
- Update reporting/technology daily including attendance reports, internal technology database, Kronos, etc.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Onsite Supervisor :
- Ability to stand for long periods of time - duration of shift can be up to 10 hours.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead others and interact with a wide variety of people
- Conflict resolution skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Suite especially Word and Excel
- Fluency in English and Spanish
