Title - HRIS Director
Hours: 8-5 pm, Hybrid
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: up to $130K

Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor's in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience : 5-7 years in HRIS administration, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- HRIS Expertise : Proficient in Workday, ADP, with strong skills in configuration, reporting, and integration.
- Data Analysis : Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau.
- Project Management : Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-Solving : Analytical with a focus on process optimization.
- HR & Accounting Knowledge : Understanding of payroll, benefits, talent management, and basic accounting practices.
Requirements:
- HRIS Strategy & Administration: Develop and implement HRIS strategies, manage daily system operations, and maintain data integrity and system efficiency.
- System Implementation & Optimization: Lead upgrades, enhancements, and new system implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and automation.
- Data Management & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data, generate customized reports, and provide key HR metrics insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensure seamless integration with other systems, and provide training and support for HRIS tools.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure the HRIS complies with relevant regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and implement security measures to protect sensitive employee data.
- Data Analytics: Utilize business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions related to workforce planning, turnover, diversity, and employee engagement.
