Job Title: Dispatch Manager

Location: Greeley, CO

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

In-office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% In-office

Industry: Industrial Services

Pay: $65,000-$75,000

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Manager to oversee a team of dispatchers and ensure customer orders for dumpster and portable toilet rentals are managed effectively. This role will focus on customer service, order management, and coordination to ensure timely delivery and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of dispatchers to ensure efficient order processing and excellent customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Manage orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Research and identify appropriate sites for customer needs.
  • Handle the permitting process for specific projects and job sites.
  • Coordinate with schedulers and site managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with contract information and customer service-related tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline dispatch operations.
  • Assist with credit card disputes and billing-related issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in dispatch or a similar role, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
  • Experience in order management, scheduling, and problem-solving.
