We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of our human resources function. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, shaping the company’s culture and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The HR Manager will oversee everything from talent acquisition and employee development to compliance and performance management, ensuring our team remains motivated, engaged, and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Organize team-building activities and foster employee engagement.
- Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of proven experience in HR management or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
