As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will administer medications, monitor patient health, and assist RNs while ensuring effective communication with residents and their families. Pay Rate: $22.70 - $25.20 / hour (High shift differentials available)

Job Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' health status.
- Assist RNs and supervise CNAs in daily care activities.
- Provide wound care and support treatment protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:
