DESCRIPTION:

• Start Date: April 2025- ongoing
• # of Beds: 80
• 24 hour shifts are call back
• Part Time
• Estimated Shifts Per Month Needed: 20
• On site there is 1 MD, 2 Midwives and 1 APN in the department. 20-30 deliveries per month
• Level 2 OB Unit- No NICU
• Dr would be covering our OB unit as well as consultations in the ER for any OB/GYNE related cases
• Not required to do circumcisions.

REQUIRED:

• IL state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified OBGYN
• IL State DEA
• IL Controlled Substance Permit
• BLS and ACLS

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc
• Malpractice insurance provided
