Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Acute Care team, providing exceptional patient care across multiple areas including Medical/Surgical, ICU, and ER. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting patient care, and developing individualized care plans while ensuring compliance with standards. This position offers a full-time schedule with benefits, and a chance to make a significant impact within the local community of Sanders County.

Position: Registered Nurse $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Care team and provide exceptional care to patients in Sanders County. This role includes working in multiple areas: Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, and SWB, with the expectation to be competent in all areas after orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments within scope of practice, notifying providers when necessary.
  • Documentation: Accurately and promptly document patient care in the electronic health record.
  • Patient Education & Care Plans: Participate in and initiate individualized patient education and care plans.
  • Care Plan Management: Adjust and manage care plans according to individual patient needs.
  • Competency: Demonstrate required competencies within the scope of practice.
  • Compliance: Follow all relevant standards for your area of work.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Montana State Board of Nursing.
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) within 90 days of hire.
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 90 days of hire.
    • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred.
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification upon completion of labor and delivery competency.
    • STABLE certification preferred for Labor and Delivery.
Schedule & Benefits:
  • Schedule: Night shift, 36-40 hours per week.
  • Benefits: Eligible for the full-time benefits package.
