Responsibilities

• Work with writing team and SMEs to write technical documentation for casino systems software products, including Release Notes, and Installation Guides.
• Gather and interpret complex technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage documentation tasks for multiple products simultaneously.
• Work closely with subject matter experts in a collaborative, Agile environment to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
• Adhere to established documentation standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Degree in Computer Science, English, Technical Writing or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years technical writing experience.
• Experience with MadCap Flare, MS Office 365 product suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SnagIt required. Knowledge of HTML5, XML,CSS, Jira, and Confluence a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.
• Must be a self-motivated team player with demonstrated ability to independently manage projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision. Must be able to provide a portfolio of relevant work samples.
• Casino systems experience preferred.
