Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the industrial sector, preferably construction materials or a related industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory agency engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in effective communication to a broad range of audiences including employees, leadership, and regulatory agencies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project planning and execution skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to stay up to date on emerging issues.
• Demonstrated experience in talent development and leadership of a technical site-based team.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Working knowledge of Florida and Miami-Dade County environmental regulations.
• Experience in the cement and/or mining industry.
