About the Role:

As our Head of Product, you’ll lead the charge in shaping our product’s future. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with co-founders, engineering, design, legal, and talent teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a unique opportunity to define and scale a product that reimagines how users engage with fintech, investing, or trading applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Strategy: Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering, design, legal, and talent teams to drive product development from ideation to launch.
• Customer-Driven Innovation: Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to prioritize features that deliver maximum value to our users.
• UI-Centric Focus: Work closely with design teams to ensure the product is intuitive, visually appealing, and delivers a seamless user experience.
• Establish Foundations: Build processes, tools, and metrics to enable effective product management in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Drive Execution: Manage the product lifecycle, including defining requirements, sprint planning, QA testing, and post-launch optimization. Be comfortable working with 1–2 week sprint cycles.
• User Flow Expertise: Apply an understanding of user psychology to create smooth, engaging, and efficient user journeys.
• Align Stakeholders: Act as the central communication point between leadership and teams to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Shape Company Culture: Help foster a culture of speed, collaboration, transparency, and innovation as a core team member.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally at a fintech, investing, or trading-focused company. Alternatively, experience at a thriving consumer-focused startup. Previous experience as a founding or early product manager at a startup is a huge plus.
• Design Collaboration: Proven experience working with design teams, with an emphasis on creating UI-focused products. Familiarity with tools like Figma is a plus but not required.
• Customer-Obsessed: Deep passion for understanding user needs and building products that exceed expectations.
• Startup Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high output.
• Psychological Insight: Strong understanding of user flow and behavioral design principles.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas, build consensus, and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Technical Acumen: While this role is UI-focused, a basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams is essential.
• Execution-Oriented: Must be able to move quickly, push for speed, and manage short sprint cycles effectively.
