Manufacturing Engineer - 12 Months + contract( Healthcare and PTO benefits offered )

Job Scope

Oversee the split manufacturing process:

Device receiving, identification, disassembly, and cleaning at the primary site. Assembly, functional testing, packaging, and sterilization at the secondary site.Ensure seamless coordination between facilities during the manufacturing transfer. Optimize processes to maintain and improve yield across all stages of reprocessing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead yield investigations and troubleshooting across multiple sites
• Trace yield dips to their point of origin and develop countermeasures
• Work in cross-functional teams to improve production yields
• Troubleshoot simple electrical/mechanical systems
• Analyze and optimize the reprocessing workflow for surgical devices
• Collaborate with sending and assembly sites to ensure smooth manufacturing transfer
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
