Job Description

Our client, a leader in blockchain development, is seeking a Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two co-founders of a fast-paced startup. In addition to executive assistance, this role will handle various personal assistant tasks related to the San Francisco office and personal needs of the co-founders. You will work closely with the company’s high-level Executive Assistant, serving as a crucial partner to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, “hungry” professional with a startup mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.


**Please note this is a 12 month, onsite, contract role in SF. Pay will be $75/hr.**


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to two co-founders, including calendar management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed for the co-founders, primarily in the San Francisco area.
  • Collaborate with the primary Executive Assistant to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the co-founders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc projects, research, and other tasks to assist the co-founders and the team.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; Personal Assistant experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a "no task is too small" mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
