Our client is seeking a QA Analyst to collaborate with their product team in Columbus, Ohio, on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office).
About the Role
As a QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role on a dynamic Agile product team, supporting the testing and development of digital solutions that power outstanding customer experiences across mobile, web, and backend applications. Your expertise in manual and automated testing will help ensure high-quality digital platforms, tools, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Write and execute test cases and validation procedures for each sprint cycle.
- Document and triage defects, working with teams to prioritize and mitigate issues.
- Build and maintain an automated regression test library.
- Contribute to testing during user acceptance testing (UAT) and sprint releases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including grooming sessions and scrum activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance test strategies and best practices.
- Set up and manage test inventory, data, and orders in development environments.
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a QA Analyst, focusing on e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Experience working in Agile teams and participating in two-week sprint cycles.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to map test cases to requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Mabl).
- Background in digital content tools, marketing applications, or asset management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- QA certifications are a bonus but not required.
