Position: JDA Technical Consultant
Locations: New York, NY (Remote)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to JDA software solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize JDA software modules to meet client specifications and business objectives.
- Develop and implement integration solutions to seamlessly integrate JDA software with existing systems and applications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of JDA software modules to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Assist in the deployment and post-implementation support of JDA solutions, including user training and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to JDA software solutions and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with JDA (RedPrairie) software solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing various JDA modules, including Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and Demand Planning.
- Hands-on experience with JDA development tools, such as JDA Developer Kit (JDK), JDA Configuration Console, and JDA Reporting.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes.
- Experience with integration technologies and protocols, such as APIs, EDI, XML, and Web Services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- JDA certification(s) preferred.
