Job Description

• Manage and support the end-to-end lifecycle of financial trades, including Fixed Income (FI), Equities, Derivatives, and FX, with a focus on trade clearing, settlement processes, and gap analysis.
• Utilize expertise in Swift messaging, including payments, cash management, trades, and confirmations, as well as experience working with MQ, NDM, and SFTP protocols for secure data transmission.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis by developing complex SQL queries in MySQL, PLSQL, and Oracle, ensuring accurate data extraction and reporting to meet business needs.
• Lead complex global projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance), creating key documentation (FRDs, BRDs, project plans), and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and internal guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong knowledge and experience with various financial instruments, including Fixed Income (FI), Equities, ETDs, and OTC derivatives, as well as a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, including clearing and settlement processes.
• Proficiency in Swift messaging, particularly for payments, cash management, trades, and confirmations, with hands-on experience in secure data transmission using MQ, NDM, and SFTP protocols.
• Expertise in data analysis, including the ability to create and execute complex SQL queries in MySQL, PLSQL, and Oracle, to extract and manipulate data effectively.
• Previous experience in managing complex projects across global teams, including identifying business requirements, performing gap analysis, and creating key project documentation such as project plans, FRDs, BRDs, and process flows.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Service Now, and MS Office, as well as advanced knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau) and data reconciliation platforms like Intellimatch, Proactive, and Duco.
