(Physician/MD qualifications required) Endocrinology - We are looking for a knowledgeable endocrinologist to be responsible for diagnosing and treating hormone disorders and other problems relating to the endocrine system. The endocrinologist will evaluate patient symptoms and medical histories, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. You will also help patients to deal with the physical limitations due to diseases stemming from problems with the endocrine system.To be a successful endocrinologist, you should be thoroughly trained in understanding, treating, and managing endocrine disorders. You should be analytical, supportive, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.Location: Arlington Heights, ILEndocrinologist Responsibilities: Analyze, examine, and investigate patients and their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances.Advise, order, and perform tests and interpret the results.Discuss diagnoses with patients, explain treatment options, and give advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures.Carry out follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and medications, and update patient records.Support patients with serious or complex endocrine conditions and their loved ones.Conduct research and studies on the endocrine system and its diseases, disorders, and conditions to develop new treatment techniques.Remain up-to-date on current discoveries, developments, trends, research, and technology.Endocrinologist Requirements: A medical degree in endocrinology and the successful completion of a residency and fellowship.A medical license and certification to practice endocrinology in the state of IL.A thorough understanding of the endocrine system and its diseases, disorders, and conditions.Strong analytical abilities to provide accurate diagnoses.Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and researching skills.Proficiency with computers and medical equipment.Incentives: Competitive compensation of $200,000 to $250,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits packageNo nights or weekendsNew graduates welcome to applyHours Of Operation: Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.For immediate consideration, apply with a copy of your resume.#J-18808-Ljbffr
