The inpatient role provides consultative and follow-up care to patients transferred from any of the 7 acute care network hospitals. Highlights of this opportunity include the following:Consult on cardiology inpatient service at Hartford Hospital and Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, working closely with clinical faculty and referring physiciansResponsibilities include evaluation of new admissions, collaborative in-hospital care/rounding, and transitional care for patients with heart-related conditions.
