Indotronix is seeking a Functional Analyst (Coupa) Remote position
Position: Functional Analyst (Coupa)
Location: Remote (Local staff report to office in Washington, DC, one day a week or more)
Duration: 6 Months
Background:
•The primary responsibility of the Technology Services' (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support two highly visible cloud systems, Coupa and Workday. We are seeking one Coupa Techno Functional Analyst to augment the team.
•The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes.
•The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
Personnel Qualifications:
•A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience.
•At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies.
Capabilities:
•Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
•Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
•Identifies resources required for each task.
•Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
•The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
•Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release
•Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
•Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
•Research and develop solutions for the integration of data between Coupa and the finance system
•Support regression testing of new Coupa releases
•Monitor integration issues in Production, and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution
•Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
