Eden Health is hiring an Application Support Analyst to support our home office in Vancouver, WA. The Application Support Analyst is responsible for advancing the functionality and operational efficiency of assigned information systems and solutions. This entails analysis and implementation of new software modules; advising, assisting, and training Eden Health users in the operation and administration of their systems; and collaborating with Eden Health users to enhance their work methodologies and tools. The Application Support Analyst possesses sufficient technical expertise and understanding to support an assigned application but may be called upon to assist with multiple applications. Position may be required to travel to different Eden Health locations for on-site support and training.

Job Summary:
- Supports end users of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including but not limited to Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Forcura, and Medline
- Able to provide back office and field support remotely and in-person as needed.
- Able to instruct use of EHR to help end users provide patient care.
- Able to develop education materials such as workflow and tips.
- Able to troubleshoot issues and act as a liaison between the end user and the external and internal EHR support team.
- Able to work holidays as needed.
- Able to interact with all levels of management.
- Able to assist with on-call duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements: - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to move quickly between multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, communication, organizational, decision making, and customer service skills.
- EHR experience, HCHB experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2+) years of related experience. Home Health or Hospice experience is preferred.
- Homecare Homebase experience preferred.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
