Simply put, as the
Clinical Support RN/RCM , your nursing expertise will be utilized to support our facilities as the interim DNS and/or RCM/MDS Nurse. Marquis is looking for strong and passionate Nurse Leaders who are quick to learn and adapt to change. This role will include supporting our Marquis facilities primarily in interim roles, including, care management and oversight of residents alongside our supportive interdisciplinary teams, completion of MDS process, and development of resident centered care planning while meeting high quality of care and quality of life standards for our residents.

Qualifications - Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state
- 2+ years working as a Resident Care Manager (RCM) and/or Director Nursing Services (DNS) is preferred.
- Passionate about helping seniors live their best life!
- MDS experience, with strong assessment and care planning skills required.
