Our Fortune 500 client in the Pittsburgh Area is seeking a talented Power BI Data Analyst on their Agile Product team. This opening will look to fill part of the current Lead Developers responsibilities. This candidate will be the full time reporting lead, all development is in the cloud and the team works purely in Agile Scrum. Every other week, the candidate will receive 1 to 3 stories from the product owner who is very embedded into this team. There will be sprints that occurs on a bi-weekly basis. At the conclusion of each sprint, the team will sit down and review as well as prepare for the next two week sprint. Good candidates will be strong in building data models/sets, using DAX, moderate SQL development (can build performant procedures, views, queries, and debug code), experience in building Power BI reports, and experience working with users to define requirements for reporting projects.

Manufacturing company experience
Minimum experience: 3+ years in a Business Intelligence role
Proven Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Analytics Space
Strong Power BI reporting experience - especially skilled in Visuals, Data Sets, Data Monitoring
MS SQL Development experience
Experience with building data models/sets
Experience working within an Agile product development team (ceremonies, sprint planning, story pointing, user story development)
Experience with DAX
Strong Excel skills
Strong experience building large performant code
The ability to build high quality data analytical reports
Build performant procedures, views, queries, and debug code
Everything is in the cloud and MS Space
Most recent experience in a hands-on development role
