Job Title: Registered Nurse

License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification required
Must-Have: PICC Line management
Job Description:
- Provide care for adult to geriatric patient population.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
- Utilize unit systems including Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR.
- Meet compliance requirements to start on time, with a pushback of 2 weeks if not compliant due to bi-weekly orientation.
- Be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
- Participate in non-billable orientation hours; 13 hours are provided.
- Adhere to the holiday working requirements; work one if there is one major holiday in the assignment period, work two if there are three major holidays.
- Scheduled holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/Day.
- Work 4 weekend shifts a month; not necessarily every other weekend.
- Be willing to float to other departments, including potentially covering roles as a CNA/tech.
- Provide supervisory references as required.
Note: This position accepts local candidates at the same rate.
