Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to the Director of Field Sales and the broader sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to contribute to the success of a fast-paced sales organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
Sales Data Management:

• Maintain and update sales data in Salesforce and other internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Audit data regularly to identify inconsistencies and implement corrective actions.

Reporting:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for senior management, providing actionable insights into sales performance and trends.
• Create visually appealing and informative presentations to communicate findings and strategies.

Process Design & Improvement:

• Assist in designing and refining sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for process optimization.

Approval Management:

• Coordinate and manage sales approvals from representatives, ensuring all necessary documentation and steps are completed efficiently.

Training & Onboarding:

• Assist in onboarding new sales team members, providing training on tools, systems, and procedures.
• Act as a resource for ongoing training and troubleshooting of sales tools.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with inventory and marketing teams to identify and fulfill collateral needs for the sales team.
• Foster cross-departmental alignment to support overall business objectives.

System & Tool Management:

• Help maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce and other sales tools, ensuring they operate seamlessly for the team.
• Monitor system usage and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Team Support:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Field Sales and the team, acting as a "jack of all trades" for various operational needs.

Qualifications
Skills & Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Physical Requirements:

• Remaining in a seated position for long periods of time
• Standing is to remain on one's feet in an upright position without moving about
• The ability to alternate between sitting and standing is present when a worker has the flexibility to choose between sitting or standing as needed when this need cannot be accommodated by schedules breaks and/or lunch period
