Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the rehabilitation team.
• Support patients in exercises, mobility, and functional activities to improve strength and movement.
• Educate and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
