Job Description

The Per Diem Hospice Medical Director will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the in-patient and out-patient Hospice programs. This critical physician leadership role will lead the program focused on quality, compassionate care of patients at the end of life. The Physician delivers primary or specialty care to new and established patients in accordance with the licensure and the highest standards of quality, integrity and compassion. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Doctor of Medicine degree. EXPERIENCE: Internship and/or Residency. LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: Must be Board Certified in Hospice/Palliative Care
