Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive care to 18-21 patients per day.
- Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
- Work closely with scribes and dedicated office-based support staff.
- Collaborate with nurse case managers, social workers, and behavioral health support specialists to manage high-risk patients.
Required Qualifications: - Medical degree and appropriate licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a similar role is a plus.
