Provide onsite healthcare services to employees of Glen Raven to include, but not limited to the following job duties:+ Oversee health care services, chronic disease management and acute care to Glen Raven employees.+ Maintain compliance with applicable regulations regarding work place health practices.+ Coordinate with provider of the Health Risk Assessment annually and draw labs to include Hemoglobin A1c and Lipid profile as needed.+ Discuss the Health Risk Assessment results with employees and set goals for identified risks.+ Maintain employee medical records according to Glen Raven policy to ensure strictest confidentiality.+ Assure compliance with medical confidentiality in adhering to HIPPA law+ Assess needs of employees and delivery and or coordination of health promotions and educational services, including health fairs, blood drives, flu vaccines, ergonomics training, etc.Optimal candidate will be engaged and show a motivated interest in learning about the organization’s work environment. Qualifications:?SC NP?License?required with 2-3 years of experience preferred. Critical thinking, strong interpersonal and computer skills preferred.
