About Our Clinic Services
With over 30 years of therapy experience, LLA Therapy's motto is: Helping Kids Shine Their Brightest! In order to accomplish our goal we pride ourselves on effective and streamlined communication, ongoing mentoring and support, collaboration between personnel (intervention specialists, other therapy disciplines and administration) and providing our professionals with the materials and tools they need to succeed (access to online assessments, shared therapy resources, templates, goal banks, and membership to online therapy tools).
Essential Accountabilities for the Physical Therapist

  • Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations on assigned patients.
  • Design individualized treatment plans and materials to match the patient's unique learning profile.
  • Provide therapy according to the treatment plan while monitoring progress and adjusting therapy.
  • Document, monitor, and analyze the patient's progress and effects of treatment.
  • Communicate, educate, and provide family training on the patient's individualized treatment plans.
  • Consult and collaborate with family and other staff or supports (i.e., physician, school district, other therapies).
  • Create and submit all reporting, including appropriate recommendations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the treatment provided by physical therapist assistants (PTAs) according to established licensing laws, state regulations, and PT practice standards.
Requirements
  • Master's/Doctor's degree from an accredited college or university program of Physical Therapy.
  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Completed FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire)
  • Current Ohio Department of Education Certification (can be completed upon hire)
  • Professional Liability Insurance, recommended by the governing body.
  • Positive and goal-oriented, willing to accept the challenge of new assignments and be able to work well with others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and safe working practices.
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations.
  • Compatible with company culture and core values.

Salary Description
$33.00 - $45.00/hour
