This role requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.Principal Functional Responsibilities:Patient Care: Provide exemplary primary care services to patients of all ages within an interprofessional healthcare setting, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with other specialists. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team to deliver integrated and coordinated care that meets the diverse needs of our patient population. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using electronic medical records (EMR) and adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards.Education and Research: Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and other learners, providing clinical instruction, supervision, and feedback in both classroom and clinical settings.
