Job Description:
Our client is a dynamic and cohesive rehab team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care. Located just minutes from downtown Norfolk and a 10-minute drive to the beach, we offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in an SNF and long-term care setting
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including ADL Training, Falls and Balance, Dysphagia, Vital Stim, Dementia Program, Rehab Dining, Contracture Management & Splinting, and Seating & Positioning
• Document patient care and progress using E-Doc via Net Health with the support of iPads provided to each rehab team member
• Participate in educational opportunities through Med Bridge to support licensure renewals

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Virginia
• Experience in an SNF or long-term care setting is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively within a cohesive rehab team
