Job Description The Contractor shall work closely with the Sponsor in the active delivery of key milestones. This includes developing, deploying and maintaining user interfaces, databases, cloud infrastructure and a data ETL/analysis pipeline. These requirements will allow the selected team to quickly step into and deliver on existing Sponsor programmatic milestones. The Contractor will work as part of a broader engineering team; however, the Sponsor project manager will manage the priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Contractor shall work in an AWS cloud based Linux environment, Windows Server Database environment, Github, and RocketChat.
- The Contractor shall use, deploy, configure, operate and troubleshoot in NIFI, REDIS, Zookeeper, and Microsoft SQL.
- The Contractor shall use, deploy, configure, operate and troubleshoot in AWS EC2, Windows server OS, Linux Centos/Rocky/Alpine.
- The Contractor shall use, deploy, configure, operate and troubleshoot in AWS ELB, KMS, RDS, S3, IAM.
- The Contractor shall develop, troubleshoot and support applications with and using HTML, Javascript, Java, Python, Node.js, Swagger, JHipster, Chart.js, Angular, Vue, SQL, and Postgress.
- The Contractor shall develop, deploy, operate and troubleshoot Databases, web services, APIs, Audit, Access Control, and Cloud Hosted Architecture.
- The Contractor shall programmatically generate, export and re-consume data in Excel documents with specific format.
- The Contractor shall use, integrate, and troubleshoot existing integration with Sponsor tools and applications.
- The Contractor shall support meetings with the Sponsor PM and their customers to hear, help capture, validate and scope requirements.
- The Contractor shall be able to immediately pick up development of and deliver Sponsors existing, in process application development effort.
- The Contractor shall research and learn new skills and tools and apply that knowledge against program issues.
Requirements Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Requires Bachelors with 7-10 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 5-8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience with accreditation requirements, process, tool and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with administrative user reporting requirements, process, tool and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing, deploying and maintaining full-stack applications.
- Demonstrated experience working in and deploying AWS services and infrastructure;
- Demonstrated experience working, coding and deploying in a Linux environment.
- Demonstrated experience working, and deploying software in a Windows Server environment.
- Demonstrated experience using GitHub and its features from the command line, and using RocketChat and VNC.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and using NIFI, REDIS, Zookeeper, and Microsoft SQL.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and using AWS EC2, Windows server, Linux, AWS ELB, KMS, RDS, S3, and IAM.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and using HTML, Javascript, Java, Python, Node.js, Swagger, JHipster, Chart.js, Angular, Vue, SQL, and Postgress.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and using databases, web services, APIs, Audit, Access Control, and Cloud Hosted Architecture.
- Demonstrated experience using code to programmatically generate, export and re-consume data in Excel documents with specific formatting.
- Demonstrated experience using good judgement in software design, ui design, API design, and database design.
- Demonstrated experience effectively researching and learning new skills and tools, and apply that knowledge against program issues via tools like Google.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience using and integrating tools like: secure tokens, IdAM, Virtual Directory Engines (VDE), Active Directory, FidosX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS as well as other Sponsor applications.
- Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's new accreditation requirements, process, tool and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's administrative user reporting requirements, process, tool and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's new accreditation process, its goals, and the processes around its implementation and design.
