Job Description:

Job Summary

Drive a company vehicle from store to store to repair HVAC, Handy man, Plumbing, electrical issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Drives from one location to another 50%
• Manages truck inventory 10%
• Repairs Facility issues in stores 25 %
• Files and maintains paperwork for inventory, pay card, credit card and Pm compliance 5%.
• Perform inspections of equipment for operation.
• Occasionally work in office as office Tech as needed.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintains HVAC and plumbing needs roof top units (RTU s), restroom
• Maintains electrical systems
• Maintains interior and exterior of the building
• Performs Preventative Maintenance checks requiring technical knowledge
• Perform administrative duties utilizing the Quick Base system
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Facility Manager
• Protects company assets
• Handles emergencies
• Maintains inventory accountability
• Maintains security
• Upholds company policy and procedures
• Maintain interior of building- Flooring, plumbing, paint, patch and misc. repairs
• Maintain exterior of building, sidewalk maintenance, parking lot maintenance, painting
• Replace filters and light bulbs as requested
• Maintain lighting and plumbing equipment- light bulbs, sinks, faucets etc.
• Perform PM checks as assigned
• Identify opportunities to impact Energy Consumption

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

• GED or equivalent
• Frequent bending, twisting, walking, reaching, lifting to 50 pounds, Walks and stands entire shift on tile floor
• Administrative skills

• Working in and outside environment that could include extreme heat, Cold, rain, snow, and other harsh environments.

Skill/Experience Requirements

Candidate must be proficient in 3 or more areas of the following:

• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing
• Knowledge of Lighting, Power systems and Energy consumption
• Knowledge of Communication systems
• Knowledge of basic Interior and Exterior building maintenance
