**Job Title: Facilities Technician**

**Job Description**

The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment. Duties include general landscaping, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards, and identifying, planning, and scheduling major repairs.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fix machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring issues.

+ Inspect buildings to ensure they meet safety standards.

+ Identify, plan, and schedule major repairs.

+ Assembly or manufacturing experience

+ High aptitude to work with small electronics, including soldering of small electrical components or mechanical equipment

+ Experience in the space or aeronautical field
