Are you interested in the sport of skiing? Positions supports the MountainGuard Program Manager in the production, development and servicing of a recreation book of business in the ski industry. The role is a vital member of the MountainGuard Team and will be working directly with ski resorts in North America.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive position:
  • Technical knowledge of multi-line commercial insurance coverages
  • Deliver the highest quality products and services
  • Manage both internal and external resources
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Lead the marketing and placement efforts for new and renewal business
  • Coordinate resources to maximize client services and satisfaction
  • In house support to production team
  • Ability to understand clients' business and risk management needs
  • Develop problem solving strategies for helping clients insurance needs
  • Provide coverage and program design advice and expertise
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong desire to be a team player and consistently maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience with risk financing and premium analysis
  • Oversee preparation of proposals and terms and conditions
  • Manage invoicing and premium payments for clients
  • Direct liaison with clients to manage their insurance needs
We are looking for people with:
  • Minimum of 5 years of job related experience in property/casualty
  • The ability to interact and develop relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Proficient computer knowledge including, but not limited to, all aspects of Microsoft Office.
  • Effective sales, service and team building skills
  • Current P&C license required
