Experience: New graduates are welcome; skilled nursing facility experience preferred
License: Required
Certifications: Covid test, PPD or Quantiferon test, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray required

Job Description:
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Support patients in exercises and physical movements to improve or maintain their physical abilities
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately
- Help in preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Offer encouragement and motivation to patients throughout their recovery process
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
