Come join us! Mobius is looking for a Qlik Developer/Data Analyst to support development and enhancement of Navy analytics tools for leadership decision making. The role will directly support Qlik agile software development for dashboard visualizations. The candidate for this full-time salaried position should be local to DC or Norfolk, VA preferred, but virtual/hybrid support is available.
Duties of a Qlik Developer/Data Analyst may include:

• User engagement, supporting requirements sessions.
• Creating work estimation; design, Qlik load script coding, and testing dashboards; and conducting database queries.
• This role requires a developer with the ability to explore complex user challenges, understand technical constraints, effectively communicate solutions, and work collaboratively with functional and technical teams to implement solutions.
• This role provides the opportunities to learn Qlik best practices, gain skills in designing dashboards, gain exposure to data engineering/ETL tools such as Databricks, and apply agile scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Qlik data visualization software and data load editor functionality
• Experience with data engineering and data architecture. Experience with ETL methodology and/or creating data models within Qlik and/or Databricks environment to join multiple data sources into a model for accurate and efficient rendering of outputs within Qlik. Understanding of data automation principles.

• Experience with strategy, Transformation at Scale, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, USN Subject Matter Expertise Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Business/Economics, Marketing and Public Affairs, Communications, Complex Problem Solving, Analytics, & Graphics Support.
• Experience with Databricks/Snowflake and strong understanding of SQL preferred. Some experience with Python and R may also be useful.
• Experience leading technical review with clients and stakeholders
• Experience working with government systems (i.e., ADVANA Jupiter) is preferred
• Knowledge of US Navy Submarine Maintenance and Sustainment data is preferred

Education

• Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Clearance

• An active SECRET clearance is required.

Washington Salary Range
$80,000-$80,000 USD
