  • Ensure food preparation, recipe accuracy, and safety standards are upheld.
  • Lead by example, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and development of back-of-house employees.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and payroll systems efficiently.
  • Oversee the execution of daily service, catering, and special events.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
  • Organize and lead pre-service meetings to align the team on daily goals.
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
  • Completion of company-provided Sous Chef training and Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume kitchen required.
  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Proficient in menu planning, team coaching, and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational, self-motivation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with technology, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions in a hot kitchen environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer:
