Roles & Responsibilities: - Facilitate dailystandups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
- Manage the team fromover-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub task creation.
- Participate in themeeting and capture feedback.
- Note areas forimprovement and action items for future sprints.
- Regular analysis ofburndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what getsbuilt and at what cadence.
- Aid the team by eliminating external blockers andmanaging internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.
Salary Range - $100,000-$110,000 a year
