Summary:
The Communications Assistant is responsible for the creation, coordination and distribution of creative marketing, messaging and promotional content for client. The position will track and report on campaign development, execution and effectiveness.
successful candidate will work easily and effectively across multiple internal and external workgroups and projects, while receiving guidance, and critiques from multiple sources.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Outreach and Communications team to develop strong marketing and communications for both B2 B and service offerings.
  • Engage with client's subscribers and Aculist prospects and clients via social media using tools including, but not limited to, Constant Contact, Salesforce Account Engagement Tool and Hootsuite.
  • Work with vendors and other third parties to coordinate marketing campaigns, training sessions, as well as internal and external scheduling.
  • Create copy, content and unique pieces and then work with the creative team on artwork and other digital media to create effective and thorough campaigns.
  • Manage projects involving multiple campaigns for both internal and external objectives.
  • Oversee daily/weekly/monthly releases to client's customers and prospects.
  • Work with the team to implement, refine and execute a weekly plan for content planning, checks, distribution etc.

  • Always camera ready for all remote, internal events and meetings.
  • Access to a comfortable and work-ready home office.
  • Availability during West Coast work hours, particularly client's core hours (9:00am to 3:00pm PT).
  • Prompt and professional communications with subscribers, colleagues and leadership .
  • Learn and become proficient with core client's applications including Pro Dashboard, Listing Management, Matrix, Realist and client.
  • willingness to learn how to use new tools.
  • Strong overall marketing proficiencies in both B2B and B2C product and service offerings.
  • strong working knowledge of sales pipeline generation practices, and the ability to create and follow-up with engagement opportunities.
  • working knowledge in the creation and display of statistical concepts and presentations.
  • Experience in email and social media distribution tools such as Constant Contact, Salesforce and Hootsuite.
  • Possibility of 10% + travel for training and conferences.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of tools, including Outlook, Teams, Share Point and Zoom, is required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  • Strong Proficiency with PowerPoint is desired.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating infographics (and other digital assets).
  • Experience in real estate or real estate software applications is preferred.
  • Sales, account relations, or client support experience is a plus.
  • College degree or 3 years of actual experience in communications, marketing or sales support.
