The Director, Business Development, Aircraft Management Services will be responsible for overall business development initiatives/strategies to drive the growth of aircraft management for Air 7.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and Sell Aircraft Management Services: Promote and sell Air 7's Aircraft Management Services to both existing and potential aircraft owners.
- Explore New Fuel Vendor Programs: Identify and explore new opportunities in aircraft fuel vendor programs to seize market potential.
- Proactively Generate Leads: Utilize your networks to proactively create new leads and opportunities.
- Build and Manage Client Relationships: Actively establish and manage relationships with current and potential clients.
- Lead Proposal Generation and Client Interface: Lead the creation and presentation of proposals and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage Sales Cycle: Handle all stages of the sales cycle to drive business growth, including complex contract negotiations and collaboration with internal teams when necessary.
- Stay Informed and Provide Feedback: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and opportunities. Share feedback with the business development team regarding competition, client needs, and product development ideas.
- Monitor Sales Metrics: Keep track of sales metrics, including pipeline status, close rates, and lost opportunities. Offer recommendations for performance improvement as needed.
- Analyze Revenue Progress: Continuously assess progress toward revenue generation goals and suggest adjustments or interventions as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior experience in an aircraft management or aircraft sales role;
· Minimum 10 years of experience in progressive sales roles;
· Knowledge of the private aviation industry and experience in management company or FBO;
· Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, closing, and sales planning;
· Self-starter with strong business and financial acumen;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; builds strong working relationships and works well within av team environment toward common goals;
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build sound working relationships with prospective clients at all levels;
SALARY:
· Compensation can be a combination of base salary, commission or draw and is negotiable upon selection
