Role Description


We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at All About Personnel. This full-time hybrid role is based out of our corporate office in Roselle, IL, with the flexibility to work directly within your designated territory. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving national growth by targeting high-volume accounts, expanding Vendor on Premise (VOP) relationships, and developing large-scale partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Work within your territory to identify and secure high-volume business opportunities.
  • Expand and strengthen VOP programs by building strategic, long-term client relationships.
  • Design and execute growth strategies to increase All About Personnel’s presence nationally.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals.
  • Partner with internal recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth across multiple industries.
  • Represent All About Personnel at networking events and industry conferences, highlighting our expertise in high-volume staffing and national account management.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in high-volume staffing or recruiting.
  • Expertise in managing and expanding VOP (Vendor on Premise) programs.
  • Demonstrated success in developing national accounts and driving multi-state business expansion.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions is highly preferred.
